it is not about what words you say, but about the place (heart) where they come from. No matter how you say the words, the emotions are the things that matter most

I have no idea witch one is the best, but try to refrain from saying "I love you" in German unless of course she is.

Personally I prefer to use Je t'aime (french) but that is because of two practical reasons. 1 my second language is french 2 my girlfriend's first language is french.

Hmm, lemme give you a few to choose from and then you could decide. The best language to say it in though would be the language that he/she understands most otherwise it could mean very little to him/her if you know what I mean? It's like, what you know, affects you more and has more meaning usually!
Anyway, here is a list of languages to check out:
1.English-I love you, lol!
2.Hebrew-Ani ohev otach (otcha if you say to a guy)
3.Afrikaans-Ek hou van jou/ Ek het jou lief/ Ek het lief vir jou. (The letterJ sounds like a "Y" and V sounds like an "F"
4.French-Jatem
5.Spanish-Te amor
6.Russian-Ya lubloo tibya
7.Zulu-Domisane ugukinye
8.German-Ik lieben jou.

Hope you like my list of options:)
