Ummmmm... that's a toughy. I know that being without belief in gods is one of the last viewpoints that is freely discriminated against ... I also support GLBT rights, but that's becoming more vogue these days. I'm pro-choice and I know that rubs a lot of people the wrong way. Hm.... I don't think prostitution should be illegal and... um...... I prefer pajama pants to any other leg-wear.

I guess -I think- it is in the matter of religion. Or, maybe it is culture. It seems that everyone I know correlates the word ''Muslim'' with ''Terrorist''. I do not agree. Only a small percentage are. Islam is a good religion. But, it is not something I can argue. People say, ''Yes, it might be, but there are so many Muslims, that makes enough terrorists, that we might as well consider all of them terrorists. I do not see the good ones standing up to the terrorists, so they must support them''. End of conversation. They will not discuss it.

ooh nice Q!!

To save myself from the attacks i'm just going to this, although it is apparently a biggy!

My viewpoints is that I thought Michael Jackson was innocent. Always have, always will.
I think that he had a bad childhood and never really grew up so he is "innocent" like a child himself and just generally messed up, but would never sexually abuse or harm children in any way, especially purposely.

I don't know wtf he was doing with the whole dangling baby thing but I think he just got carried away and didn't realise how dangerous it was to do that.

I'm not one of those fanatical supporters of him either which some people seem to accuse me of. I just feel he is a very complicted and psychologically messed up person. Don't care that much for his music, some is good. I just think he is interesting character generally.

ps- why is this in the religious section? All your answers are probably going to be about that.
I'd like to wipe out a certain religion (not the people, the religion) but I don't know enough about them (religions) to say which is the worst , but that thought is in the back of my head all the same. I'm sure you can guess which one i'm talking about, and YES I know religious people and I know they're not all bad. But I think there is too much potential for one particular one to be used for wrong, and not enough good rules to live by that you get in other religions.

OK ! You asked for it so here it is: The Lord God Almighty Lightning Amen is here on earth in the flesh gathering his children before the end of the world and he has brought Heaven on earth with him. Is that controversial enough for you. Scares the crap out of some people, others love it.

I believe there is definitely some truth in the "ghost" phenomenon. I guess that's not very controversial, but I know many people who would certainly disagree.

As a christian, not believing in the trinity makes me an outcast in almost every church there is.

Also, not believing that when you die you go to heaven; water baptism is unnecessary; I could go on but you asked for one.

Basically, I don't believe a lot of the things mainstream christians do, and they treat me like I'm a devil.

Nothing is real. It's all just here supported by the human mind, and everything is created by belief and the power of the human will. Thus, we can change our perceived reality through belief and willpower. Religions are not real, gods are not real, they are all manmade--but that does not discount the truth or the reality of any of them.

This one probably isn't that controversial. It's my methods of doing these things that would raise eyebrows at best.

That the fall of the USSR was not a good thing. There is now no balance of power, nothing to keep the US in check.

That Saddam Hussein was not necessarily bad. He maintained control of Iraq.

i think of abortion is acceptable because of the fact its greater suitable than me having to pay taxes for hundreds of thousands of deadbeat mum and dad and it relatively is not homicide because of the fact the toddler isn't possibly developed until eventually later interior the being pregnant. i think of we ought to loosen the policies of Engagement because of the fact our adult men in Iraq and Afcrapistan are loss of life because of the fact the libs particularly crack down on what they could do to the factor the place they're asserting "Wait until eventually the guy on your left and on your good get shot interior the face to return fireplace." We additionally ought to decrease out government help courses, everyday wellness-care, welfare, unemployment, and so forth because of the fact it takes money from working human beings and provides it to lazy, no longer worth human beings. what form of message does that deliver? in case you do no longer artwork you get unfastened money. no longer basically does is provide those lazy human beings greater incentive to stay jobless, regardless of if it makes the working human beings say "What the hell am I working for?" in case you provide human beings the choice to the two artwork or die interior the streets, have faith me, they're gonna artwork. I additionally think of our government needs to quit controlling small business employer' and controlling the persons and impeding our rights and particularly crack down on terrorism and gangs. yet enable's settle for it, the worlds going to hell in a hand-basket and there is no longer something you or i will attain this screw it. enable's relax and watch the teach =)

Probably reincarnation. It is not exactly in the mainstream. It is the only belief that I have no doubts about either. Go figure.
