before jogging you should do all your stretching exercises.....then go for the jog......and then do your exercises regime your heart rate will be higher thus burning more while exercising....ending with stretches.....

You must do stretching exercise before jogging. After jogging relax for a while lying down. Now the show is over.

before is warm up exercise and after jogging is relaxing exercise... that mean u need exercise before and after jogging
