If you flirt with him all the time then he knows you're interested. I guarantee it! I bet he is in a good relationship. What do you look like(be honest)? Are these looks appealing to men? If they are then he is in a good relationship. I am a man and I can tell you that if a girl is flirting with me at work I know the deal ! Remember there are many men out there so if he's not interested then just move on.

Look elsewhere. That relationship of his is always going to be a problem. Either 1) he will not leave and you lose, 2) he will not leave but he will cheat with you (you still aren't coming out ahead), or 3) he will leave and you'll be happy for a bit until you start to worry about when he is going to do the same thing to you that he did to get with you.
The only way to end up with this guy is if that relationship comes to an end on its own and you are able to take advantage of that opportunity.

there is a famous formula for you to use on him. its called " 5th day & he's on your way"
Day 1: Try to ignore him. and stop doing the flirty thing you use to do... & yeah one more thing. stop talking with him too. dont reply him...
Day2: If you have some other guy on the place you work, try to do the same flirty thing with the other guy infront of him.
Day 3 : If he asks you that you have changed (*cuz i know he will ask you a similar question like this*) tell him that why is it that you want to smile with me, have fun with me, but love.. with someone else..." He will be like shocked ... and you leave the spot...

well if he is already in a relationship then you should leave him be because if there's any worse then being dumped it's for another girl. i suggest you wait til he is single otherwise you will make it hard for him to concentrate on the relationship he already has.
