Let me preference with this. I am no doctor or by any means an expert. I have practiced Tung So Do for 6 years. From what I understand of it Body Mechanics has to do with the way the body moves. It is something similar to muscle memory where you learn to move correctly based on repetition. It is also like when you first learn to throw a punch properly. You have to hold your hands correctly, make a correct fist and get your stance in order. All of that goes into the body mechanics of throwing a punch. I know I am kind of over simplifying but I was trying to give you a general idea.
