Be very careful about "web" priests. Anyone can pretend to be one.
I suggest you walk down to your local parish and have a friendly chat with one in person.

Actually, I'd check Yahoo Groups. I'm on a group there for a religion I know little about which is devoted to teaching both its followers and those interested in learning more about the various ins and outs. I'm not saying there aren't a lot of crappy groups out there, but I've had pretty good experiences so far.
