I hear that there are christians that are pastors and gay. How can this be if it says homosexuality is a sin in the Bible? There's even a homosexual church where gay couples attend and the pastor is gay.

I believe that homosexuality is a sin. Those people who profess to do that are people who just use the name of God and follow their own desires and wishes.. some of them could be christians.. so we should be praying for all people like that, they should realise the truth.

The bible says a lot of things that don't make sense by today's standards. For example, if a man dies, it is the man's brother's responsibility to marry his widow, or else pay the fine of one shoe. Also, a man with long hair is a shame to his family. These are just a few examples. (Last time I checked, Jesus is ALWAYS portrayed as having long hair).
Anyway, if there is a kind and compassionate God, He would not punish victimless behavior. I think the whole God hates gays thing way made up to scare people into procreating.
Anyway, many sects of Christianity believe that as long as someone is a good person, it doesn't matter who they love. I like that way of thinking.

Some will call good evil and evil good. There is sin all around us and certainly God does not approve of homosexuality, but neither does he approve of murder, lies, adultery,and even lusting after a woman is considered adultery. God has a high standard and thankfully He sent His son to pay the price for us. We have all fallen short and would be destined for Hell for sure.

Homesexuality is a sin. God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. You are not to have sexual relations with any memeber of the same sex. You are not to have any sex period if you are not married. And then only with your husband or wife. If such a church exists, it is a blasphemy before God and they will have to give an account of it before God in Heaven. If any Pastor or anyone else is gay it is a sin make no mistake about it.

Does it really matter if it not a sin? If you believe that God made people the way they are for a reason, then it can't be a sin, since it is God's will they are gay

Jesus, the leader of those who call themselves Christian teaches that the greatest commandment is to love each other. If one took his command to heart, then its neither our place to judge who others love, nor is how the love manifests itself our concern. That is if we truely believe Jesus is a soon to return Savior.

according to the bible it's also a sin to eat lobster,so if you've ever eaten lobster you're going to hell. It also says in the bible you shouldn't eat rabbit or pig. It's considered a sin so if you ever have that's right you're going to hell.

Such people should not be called christians at all. They are agents of darkness.I know that such things are invented by the devil. They will all perish if they do not repent.
