I need to know the best way to break the ice with a waitress at Chili's, Im a 19 year male, and a waitress that works there is about 18-19 years old, shes is gorgueos, and I believe she is my soul mate!!!!!!! It was love at first site, im wondering how can I break the ice with her, how can I find more information about her without approaching her, Im shy!!!!!!!! and they dont wear name tags!!!!!! it sucks!!!!! if I knew her name i could like drop her a note saying how much i liked her, but wihtout that vital information im stuck. I thought about going to lunch one day and requesting her as my server, what do you all think about that idea?

As a girl, I like it when a guy is subtle. Droppiing her a note is a bit forward. Maybe just try going to that place a few times and just quietly sit and eat/drink. At the same time you can observe her and see what makes her smile, what ticks her off. Maybe she has guys hitting on her all the time, and you can learn what not to do. Rather let her notice you. Dont ask for her to serve you, rather wait til she wants to serve you. I know its hard and all you want is to talk to her, but come on too strong and she wont want to talk to you at all.

well since you don't know her name, how you going to request her? 'hey i want that girl (pointing) as my server?' that seems weird lol.....so you have to either stand in the doorway a few, look and see what section she is serving and slip into that area.....then you're going to have to look into her eyes alot and smile alot (i'm shy so i know how hard this will be but smiling and eye contact means alot)....either get really drunk lol and ask her out OR when you go to pay the pill at the table, leave a nice tip and a little note, maybe with a flower or something, just saying something breezy, clever, funny, 'hi i'm mark, the baby back ribs have nothing on you! " and leave your number .....lol that'd make me laugh and call you atleast, but then again, i'm weird

Well do you see her sort of taking glances at you? Have you ever even said hi to her? The best place to start is for her to somehow be your server and then you go from there, just don't go come off as too strong...and don't ask her out on a date but initiate conversation (us girls love that) and then take it from there, start going more often
