The size will grow even bigger after delivery. Try buying bigger size for after delivery.

Hard to say, usually they don't grow much more after the eighth month, but there is always the possibility of a growth spurt. You might go and get 1 or 2 now, and then after the baby is born pick up a few more. This way if you do get bigger you'll only be out 2 bras.

I don't know if this will help, I was a 34DD prior to birth , when my milk came in wow I wore a 36 EE for 4 weeks. my back killed. Expect big , huge for the1st few weeks then they go back closer to "normal size" I would think you would need at least a C at first.
