I have a hair appointment this Saturday I have green eyes with light skin tone. I was thinking to do an all over deep chocolate brown however I dont know if maybe I should add some deep red highlights in there or just stick to the brown. Please let me know what you think. Or if you have any other ideas for me.

light skin and green eyes........the color that you suggested is pretty good but i personally feel that you should get your hair colored black...that would look super hot and super fab...i tried that look on an animated character and it looked great here take a look:

With your eyes and complexion, you can't go wrong with a beautiful rich brown.
Chocolate will make your green eyes sparkle - trust me!
Stay clear of red hues, especially if its mixed with another colour (it will just look like you used a cheap, nasty, red-based dye).
And I would think twice about going blonde. Its so cliched! And they'll have to lighten your hair which is very drying and damaging.
Be a sexy brunette ;)

Beautiful cinnamon and ambers are good with the right coppery highlights just dont go too dark unless you want that kinda gothy look thats cool too! But green eyes look great with those colors go for similar colors in shadow too!
It will make that beautiful green really pop.

Chocolate and red to be honest will look goofy. I know this because my head was tragically dyed chocolate, red , and blonde. It looked stupid. I am not a clubber. I looked like an idiot.
Choose completry shades. Go to beauty magazines and see what you want.
Again chocolate and red...... it wont look good Im sorry.

I think you should dye your hair a medium to light brown and streak your hair with blonde and red .... choclate brown is awfully dark...and you didnt say what your natural haircolor was..

a nice light blonde should do :) i have a friend wh fits that description and she is beautiful! if not, i would try a dark red
