Wow, nobody got it!
Without having to re-wire everything, try a ground loop isolator.
Also a power filter (the inductive type) wired betwen the HU and battery (fuse panel) will help too.
What your getting is alternator whine. These suggestion will help greatly if not eliminate the problem all together.

Sounds to me like you are getting electrical noise from the alternator.
I had a problem with before, and I ended up paying a shop to fix it. It seems like they used a different hot wire for the radio and added something to the line to filter out the noise, but I am not 100% sure (its been 8 years ago).
Good luck.

It is either you need a filter or the ground on the radio or the Amp is not good. You might need to ground the amp on a different location. If that doent work you might need an amp filter to go from the radio to the amp.

You have a problem with a ground somewhere. Try running an additional ground wire from the head unit to the amp.... or buy shielded RCA wires.

i had the exact same problem with my ride. it happened to be that my system wasnt getting enough ground (earth) connection. Take your car to a proffessiona and explain to him whats up. also request him to have your system and radio earth connection checked. i think that should be the problem

Are you grounded properly? Is you antenae cable touching any other wires? Are you cross-wired with another high voltage use item, like the headlights?

You have one of two things, a bad ground or your r.c.a cables are crossing your power cable somewhere.
