if you have to much of anything at once you can get sick...i puked once cuz i drank too much water...anyway, there are 2,000 calories in every ounce of semen so...she might put on a few pounds if she swallows on a daily basis

Health issues
Semen contains water, small amounts of salt, protein, zinc and fructose sugar. It is slightly alkaline, which causes some to find the taste bitter or brackish, but neither male nor female sexual bodily fluids are in themselves harmful to a sexual partner, apart from concerns of STDs
Urban legends sometimes describe semen as nutritious and a good source of protein. However, semen only contains a small amount of protein and in any case is typically only available in small quantities during oral sex.
Partners should be careful not to bite or scratch the genitalia with the teeth harder than desired. It is also possible for the inside of the mouth to be bruised by the penis if oral sex is too rough, although this can be lessened if the person giving fellatio tilts his or her head back (as in looking up) instead of keeping the head level. People with mouth ulcers and temporomandibular joint disorder may find that giving oral sex is uncomfortable.

There's always a chance of transmitting STDs even through oral sex... In this case, her giving you fellatio, if she has something in her mouth (bacteria) or a cloe/cold sore in/around her lips, then you will catch it. That's how STDs work. There are specially designed flavoured condoms out there for oral sex purposes.
The other way around is also true; if you yourself have something in your system, you can transmit it to her via her giving you fellatio, especially if she swallows.

no if youre healthy and u said you got no STDs so it should be ok. but if its too much, like too many times during one day, then it may make her stomach queasy, just because its a natural vomit inducer, but thats rare though, it would have to be A LOT!
