I'm just going to assume you can't afford a dermatologist, because that is the best thing to do. Don't touch your face first of all, unless you are washing it. Keep it oil free. Wash your face with Phisoderm frequently. Keep your hair out of your face at night with a headband. That's a start.

Get yourself a good skin care system. A good skin care regimen includes the following:
1. a gentle cleanser. It removes dirt and old oil buildup
2. An alcohol free toner. Alcohol will dry skin and strip the oil from your face, making your skin want to produce even MORE oil. The toner removes traces of soap and any leftover dirt and oil on your face.
3. an oil- free moisturizer. Moisture and oil are two different things. An oily skin can produce more oil simply because it's dehydrated. That leads to more clogged pores. Moisture will help soothe irritated, acne-prone skin. If you are using acne medication ( benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid), a moisturizer is even more important, since those things will dry skin even more.
Make sure to use the system daily- ESPECIALLY at night before bed.

Wash your face twice daily, once in the morning once at night. Only use soap and water do not use a wash cloth for it seems to make the face tender if you already have alot of acne. Try using a facual cream that makes your face not as oily. Examples- Noxemia and Pro Active

Wash your face every 2 hrs.
Also, do not eat oily, heavy and sweet or spicy food.
Keep you digestive system clean drink 3 glasses of water as soon as you get up and try to drink at least 4 ltrs of water in entire day.
apply ointments prescribed by dermatologist to kill the acne infection. I use Clotrimazol talc for the same. Ask your doctor if that is safe for you.

you should buy a cream for oily skin, or go to a shop and ask them what they think is best for your type of skin. Strong black tes also helps.
