I want to locate the postmaster of Marthasville Mo, and I can't. I want to report this. It is illigal and I want the postmaster to know about it.

You simply take the letter to YOUR post office and turn it in. The address is on the envelope. They will handle it.............

Turn over any chain letter you receive that asks for money or other items of value to your local postmaster or nearest Postal Inspector. Write on the mailing envelope of the letter or in a separate transmittal letter, "I received this in the mail and believe it may be illegal."

You could ask your letter carrier, or post office clerk to file a complaint form (which is red) and have it submitted to the Postal Inspector for your region.

Or, you could just throw it in the trash and forget it. Unless it is something dangerous, I wouldn't bother. They have much more serious matters to handle.
