Congrtulations, that's great!! But unfortunately what ur asking might b 2much for this period of time. Most of the time what u want to do need ur full attention in order to achieve what u plan 2 do.So I think this won't work bcos ur mind is full of things especially wedding arrangements.
And by the way, why would u want 2 loose weight when u could be focusing on the important day of ur life? Don't u want everything 2 b perfect? I'm sure u does,so stop worrying and do something better. Or may b is the guy who's pushing u?Come on, love urself for urself and stop punishing ur body as if u r ahsmed of ur it. I'm sure the guy whose marrying u loved u the way ur, otherwise he could'n have asked u 2 marry him.
My advise is focus on what comes once in ur life and get on to loosing weight after, bcos that come almost everyday of ur life.you cannot afford to look beatiful on ur wedding while everything is a mess bcos of lack of proper organisation. And again possibilities of losing weight are very high within a week b4 ur big day, so don't take chances, or u'll loose more than u expected!!
Goodluck!!

First of all I feel your weight is pretty right for ur age
Anyway, you can lose upto 3 kgs in a month. Follow a stict diet, no carbonated drinks no extra sugar, no pizzas, chocolates icecreams and anything that contains wee bits of extra fat. Include more salads in you lunch and dinner. Add fruits and fruit drinks without added sugar. Eat only as much as is required. Avoid all extra snacks and stuff. Avoid alcohol
AS for exercise.. join a gym,run atleast 2 kms daily for the first 2 weeks and 3 kms for the next 2 weeks on treadmill at 10kmph. Work out on the rowing machine, start with 3 kms for 2 weeks and work up to 5 kms. Aim for completing 5kms in 15 min. Do cycling for 10 min.
All this should help you reduce 3-4kgs. Do remember not to strain urself too much. Take a day off in 1 week and rest. Have lots of liquids especially water.

Dear where there is a will there is a way. Try going for walks morning and evening for 1 hour each time. Drink lots of water and throughout day have nimbu pani without sugar or salt. Eat sprouts with lots of fruits and salad vegitables in breakfast, reduce sugar and carbohydrates. If u can do yoga, u will definately shed out what u desire. Have fresh fruit juices ans some soaked almonds so that u dont feel weak while u shed that extra weight. Do inform me when u get d desired results. All d very best for ur marriage.

don't drink anything but water. Try to eat organic fruits veggies and meats. Stay away from food that is processed at the grocery store. EAT ALL NATURAL things without preservatives. Eat Breakfast and make it your biggest meal of the day lunch the next biggest and dinner the smallest. dont' eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed. Work out at least 4 times a week for 30 or more minutes have a good balance of cardio and weights.

Hearty Congrats!
Now, drink lots of water, take salads and fruits. Don't take pizzas and sodas. Do a good workout for atleast an hour each day. But with your wedding in just about a month, you woud have a lot more things to worry about than your weight!
Don't worry too much. A little meat on those bones is always desirable.

Start Immediately!
Every morning before you eat breakfast, go out for a brisk/power walk for at least 40 mins (60 mins would be great).
Complete twice a week - body weight exercises -
3 sets of 20 squats
3 sets of 10 lunges per leg
3 sets of 10 bicep curls
3 sets of 10 tricep dips
Each evening, go out again and walk for at least 40 mins.
Now diet - IMPORTANT!
Make sure your meals are regular, eating every 3 hours. Cut out all fried, fatty and sweet foods.
Eat smaller portioned sized meals with protein & complex cabs. eg. tuna salad; chicken salad; chicken breast with steamed veges and a portion of brown rice or potato.
Good luck and if you follow this it will work - don't worry about the scales though - do measurements and you will see them go down, although your weight may not - your new muscle will weigh more than fat, maybe negating any change in weight.

Go thru a diet.
Morning have fruits and cereal
Lunch have a balaned meal
Night have a salad.
But if you tried this and it didnt work, why don't you take those chineese tea.
I got a friend of mine who is a bit overweight, She had taken the chineese tea, and she lost about 3kg in a week. but drinking this tea give diarrhea, because it cleans you inside body to remove excess fat. Drink it everyday at night. This tea has no econdary effect but be careful when you will be buying it.
Take care

A balance diet and workouts. Regulate your food habits and cut out the oils and fats from your diet. Run in the early morning. Miles. Cycle. Swim. But don't starve in the name of diet. Else your wife will find you wanting.

You should do the General Motors diet, which effectively cleanses the system and helps burning excess fat. Send me your email ID, and I can share the complete diet plan with you.
On second thoughts, at 62 kgs, should you be losing weight at all?
