My weight used to be 107 lbs. Now it became like 112 lbs. Now, 110 lbs is the heaviest I used to weigh. Now I'm 112 lbs. What happened?

I never had a problem with my weight. I can always eat what I want to eat. My eating habit is that I eat a lot of in-between snacks which consist mostly of nacho chips, potato chips, chocolate and chocolate chips and I never seem to get fat. Well, my eating habit is still the same but I feel that 112 lbs is too much for me, especially coz my height is only 5'1".

What is your advice? And for the people who can't answer anything good but just want to answer to post mean comments, don't be a smart@$$, don't even bother to post.

Who cares if you gained 5 pounds? You're probably still way hot.

You might have reached the threshhold of life where you can no longer eat c#ap & not have it affect you. It's a sad fact of life. When I was 18 I could eat quarter pounders w/fries & a coke (no diet for me) at 25 my metabolism changed. I was still thin but I needed to cut out the c#ap. A decade or so later I'm still thin (same body, no changes), but I need to work out regularly and eat a healthy diet (funny, I feel better than when I was 18 ~ who knew that clean food was best).

It stinks, but it happens eventually to everyone. All you can do is start slowly changing your habits now. That way you won't wake up 10 yrs down the rd to an entire lifestyle change due to weight and health issues. You'll be surprised at how after eating real food, the c#ap tastes nasty. I'm not just saying that, it's true. Might not happen all at once, but a while down the road you'll be surprised you ever ate some of the junk you did.

Find a therapist and see what is going on behind the idea of 112 feeling fat to you.

It's quite possibly just water weight. How fast did you gain the weight? Over the span of a couple of days? Or in three or four weeks? I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you're a menustrating female, you tend to hold more water weight around ovulation time.

you better get on a diet...faaast, you know over weight people have a higher chance for diabetes......seriously, eat what you like in reasonable portions and exercise, exercise will maintain your weight...and cut down on the snacks between meals.... 5 pounds is nothing to become excited about.

~Now how can you post drivel like this and not expect to get smart@ss comments. I am really sorry about your obesity, but you may want to consider working on the vanity - seems the ego is a little bigger than the butt and belly.
