I am underweight for my age so I am on a fitness program. I need a diet that will contribute to gaining weight along with my workouts. I with be eating 5-6 meals throughout the day. What I need are some meal suggestions. I want foods that are high in protein and carbohydrates. I want to gain weight the healthy way. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Smuckers peanut butter and jelly is what I used. It does have some fat and all but I did gain weight from it. I was underweight.

Just have it on white bread or arnold 7 grain bread is a tasty one and better for you.

Tuna has loads of mercury I wouldn't eat it.

You could try adding 3 Nutritional Protien Drinks like the Shapeworks Formula 1.

My friend Deb lost a lot of weight during cancer treatments. After she was unable to regain her weight. She added two shakes a day with her normal meals and gained 15 pounds in about 2 months.

Add 3 shakes a day to your diet, with protein powder and a raw egg. That will help you pack on the pounds.

Breaded Chicken May to the trick.

beat one egg with about 3 table spoons of Milk, Take regular chicken barest or dark meat.... and dip it in the egg....

In another bowl take some bread crumbs about 1 cup and season with 1-2 table spoons of each salt, pepper, pereicka. and parmesan cheese. take the the chicken and coat with bread crumbs. Then bake in the oven (you can pan fry it as well in veggie oil) but the oven is more heathy. with a side of slade or stachie vieggies your on you way

Here is how I gained 25 lbs of mass:

protein shakes. 2500cal/day.
tuna, 3-4 cans daily
eggs(with yolk) 4 for breakfast with whole wheat or flax toast-no buter.

peanut butter(chunky)-not major brands as they have tons of sugar.

hav lots of milk n milk products. u r walkin on d rit path. eat semi-boiled eggs daily. fresh fruit n dry fruits are important for good health. dis has definitly given good health n physiq to many...
