i have been looking on the internet to take a look at repossessed cars that are on sale, but there is a charging fee just to look at the rest of their cars...

Call a local bank. They may give you the name of the company who reconditions their autos before going to auction. This saves them money if you buy them ahead of time.

I had a friend who was a VP at a bank and she hooked me up with the guy who did this. I "flipped" 5 autos this way. The best deal I got was a Ford Explorer with 36,000 miles for $1200. Almost a new vehicle. The payoff on the truck was $400 as the mother returned the vehicle to the bank just before the last payment to teach her son a lesson. She was the co-signer and tired of him not making the payments. So back to the bank it went, ruining both their credit ratings. My friend tried to talk sense to her, but she was mad and not listening to logic. The bank spent $150 for the tow and paperwork, so they still made $650 for selling it to me. She had full discretion on all sales.
