They're supposed to be able to enter the country illegally at will, and basically not follow any of our laws. If they want to cram 30 people into a 1 family home, then they should be able to do that. Driving without insurance? No problem! Laws are only for us stupid "gringos" to follow. After all, it would be "racist" to expect them to abide by our laws, since it would interfere with their 'human rights" to ruin our country the same way they've ruined theirs...

The illegal aliens, they are not immigrants, say that they should have all the rights that every U.S. citizen have. But they shouldn't have any! They should be thrown back over the border. They are only multiplying every problem that there is for us real American citizens. They work so hard, but we should give them money, housing , health care, any and all services that there are, for free. And the hell with any American citizen. So there services are used up and there's nothing for an American citizen, but then some dumb-*** starts supporting a stupid commercial about the poor, poor iellegal aliens, so that means if we don't go without and give them everything that is ours, we are ignorant and selfish.
There should be a real fence border. They illegals should be shot iwhen they come over. Even if the Mexican President lying-a$$-hole didn't like that it might lessen money back to him.

Well, practically speaking, illegal aliens do a lot of work here in America for us that we would rather not do ourselves. It is hard to find US citizens who are willing to work long days out in the field picking apples, strawberries, watermelen, ect, for the minimal wages that the produce companies are willing to pay. Apart from migrant workers, there are a number of other illegals that do low level work for little money. I think that we need to keep in mind that these people are not merely parasitic interlopers, but also individuals that provide a relatively valuable service to us.
This doesn't answer the question, but for what it's worth I'm just trying to provide a different perspective.

They should have no rights. I still equate illegal aliens to somebody who breaks into your house, cleans it, mows the lawn, fixes your favorite meal and etc. and then demands that you educate their kids, provide health care, build another room onto your house to house them, and provide social security because they did the things you did not want to do even though they broke into your house to start with.

To hear them talk, the same rights we have, plus the right to break any or all immigration laws.

Have not heard them say they have any, they say they wish to have some and the courts say they have the protection of the Constitution of the U.S. which I believe is not correct. Read the Preamble, it seems to exclude non-citizens.
