I need some adive on how to relieve the stress of life. I am a junior in high school and I am constatnly packed with work. I ususally do not got to sleep unitl 1 or 2 in the morning and I have to cut uout daily meals just to finish my work. I will appreciate it if you could give me some advice on time management.

The most important things are measure and rank your to do list and only concentrate on the Top 2. Secondly, learn to say no sometimes.

It might help to use numbers for measuring and ranking.

Well if I knew what was taking up so much of your time I might be able to help you more. Are there any things you can cut out, like extracurricular activites? Are you having problems with school work?

Hi, try keeping a diary and prioritizing your activities. Balance your work, rest and play.
