I have gained 2 pant sizes in 4 months... my butt has gotten bigger, my stomache has gotten bigger, and so have my boobs. Is there any way to lose inches... I go to school for eiht hours and then I go to work for eight hours, so I dont have alot of time in my day... please I am desperate... I am only 17... I am really short and I don't want to be 150 pounds.

drink tons of water, walk anywhere you can, take staird when you can, cut out soda/sugar and fast food.
I guarentee you'll lose at least 5 lbs in the first week.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Oh baby don't worry! It's easy to lose weight, just ignore all the hype about diets and pills... All you have to do is eat mainly protien and fiber (pay attention to nutrition lables), drink lots of water, cut the carbs and fat, and make sure you walk alot. Park farther away from where you work or go to school. Take the stairs and not the elevator, take the bus and get off a few stops before your destination.

PS: if you can't drink a crap-load of water because it's boring, try the flavored water. I like raspberry. I can drink 2 6packs in one day if its flavored!

Thats all you have to do.

A .Regularly Physical activity , eg, walk to school. Be sure to exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
B Reduce the intake of high calorie food. Mainly rely on fruits and vegetables.

i'm told the south beach diet works,my sister in law told me tonight that she has been at it for 3 weeks and she has already lost 15lbs. she dose look slimer. starting on the 15th i'm cleaning out my frig and i'm going to give it a try.
