I'm keying on you work "ACT" like.. I'm assuming you are not talking about a one night stand.. So for the long haul, what I look for is:
1) Someone that knows who she is and is comfortable with herself. This person can be "real", open and honest about her true feelings in life and isn't afraid of sharing with someone she trusts.
2) Emotionally strong; doesn't need a man to take care of her but wants a man to share life with and at the same time isn't afraid to be a woman.
3) Nice on the inside person.. not deceitful, manipulative or controlling. You can't trust people like that and trust is the foundation of a lasting relationship.
Note: most of us are very aware of manipulative controlling actions.. sometime we tolerate it and don't say anything.. but that doesn't mean we are not aware. If it becomes a way of life, we won't make an emotional commitment and we will leave eventually.
4) Chemistry: If there is no chemistry I don't persue it at all. - actually this is the first attraction for me.

I would describe the perfect personality for a woman as kind, sweet, playful, understanding, supportive, and sexually aggressive.
