My oldest Daughter was born at 3:13, but she is home safe now, it is really freaking me out, I will even wake up out of a dead sleep and it will be 3:13.

yes!
I thought it was just me, or a strange coincidence!
1.41am or pm. Its a bit annoying.. and it's been for a few years or so.
But guess what, I was born at 1.40am and my son was born at 1.41pm!
I wonder why!

Maybe your clock stopped on 3:13? :)

Seriously though, I'm sure you look at the clock at lots of other times too, and things happen at other times as well, it's just that the only ones you remember are the ones at 3:13. Maybe it's because that's when your daughter was born, so it's kind of special to you, and hence you notice more when it's 3:13 than if it were, say, 12:42. Or maybe you just by chance happened to look at the clock at 3:13 twice really close together, and it stuck. Or maybe one time you woke up at 3:13 and were in that kind of half-awake state where you commit to memory the most random things, like what time it is. But for whatever reason, you somehow attached some subconcious significance to that particular time, so now you notice it every time you see it anywhere. And since you always notice it, it seems like it happens more, even though really the only difference is that when you look at the clock at 10:26, and then 9:04, and then 12:51 you don't really notice any of them, and you don't remember three days later when you look at the clock and it's 10:26 that, "oh hey, I looked at the clock at 10:26 three days ago, how weird." The point is that it's not that there's anything really special about 3:13, it's just that it's stored in your memory in such a way that it seems like it comes up more often than it should. Whereas really what's going on is that all the other possible times seem like the come up far less than they really do.

Sorry, it's late... that really is a coherent thought, just not a terribly coherent way of presenting it. Hope you can still make sense of it, though.

Don't worry about it. My brother has the same problem and thinks that that means something will happen. He keeps saying 13 is special. Well guess what? Lots of times nothing EVER happens, (which he he conveniently forgets) and I chide him about it, and he sees these number combos all the time!

I see these weird combination numbers like that too for awhile, and guess what? Nothing happens. I sometimes see 7:11 and guess what? Nothing happens.

Sometimes things happen, but there is no way tie into these numbers because when they appear because guess what? Lots and lots of time nothing happens too!

So, I no longer let these numbers bother me. But, I'm glad someone else had this problem too. It means it's a common occurance in the digital age, and because experience tells me that lots of times nothing happens, it is therefore USELESS in telling me anything.

Apply logic and reason and don't let it bother you, it is UNRELIABLE for ANYTHING, because remember STRANGELY, lots of times NOTHING HAPPENS!!!
