eggwhites and tuna are both protein. Are you eating fruit and veggies, too? You should be eating more fruit and veggies than protein.

Wow, that's some odd foods you picked out to eat. Why not try eating real healthy food like grilled salmon, whole wheat products, white tea ( healthier than green and has more antioxidants) different kinds of veggies, fruits, etc. You can not be getting adequate nutrition from the foods you've listed. Also drink alot of water (8 glasses a day)

Alone, that's not great -- it's not very balanced. None of that is unhealthy per se, but as a snack (meal it is not), that doesn't really have much to recommend it.

And it sounds disgusting. No yolk, no mayo = no flavour. Fat tastes good, eh?

And, use your shift key and the spell checker. Your question is a mess. "Mixed with raw onions...and unsweetened tea" -- onion'n'tea flavour?? Probably not what you meant, but it's what you wrote.

It's not a matter of right or wrong. It is what keeps your body in good health for the long run. You enjoy egg whites for protein and I would suggest adding fish such as salmon to your diet.

Most importantly, please consider eating plenty of vegetables, both cooked and raw. Plus fruit. If you are going to eat chicken, try to get the hormone-free, skinless, boneless chicken. Foster Farms is good and so is the frozen chicken at Trader Joe's, if they are in your area.

Salads, steamed and sauteed vegetables, nuts, nut butters, whole grains, olive oil, blueberries (frozen). This is a good diet. Protein, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, fruit. Drink plenty of good water. Lots of it. Hope this helps. Good Luck!!!!!

remember, tuna has mercury in it, and a few servings a week is about all any female should do. I understand you want very lean proteins, try skinless chicken breast, grilled, poached or broiled. McD's Asian salad is pretty darn near close to perfect, I think. wash all your salad greens carefully!
