Lately i have been noticing that my right hand's index finger, (the one i used to do a left click on the mouse) has been twitching on its own. Its a slight uncontrollable jerk to the left when my hand is in resting on the mouse.

At first i did'nt really noticed it but soon it gets my attention when i felt the weird sudden burst of movement.

Now it gets really irritating.

Please give me some advise, thank you. God Bless You.

Maybe it is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Go see your doctor. Maybe he can advice you to use your hand differently.

carpal tunnel syndrome is basically a repetative motion injury in the hands/wrists. Most people who work on computers do experience at least some of the symptoms of it at one time or another. Others are more serious conditions.
Basically, in carpal tunnel the joint is worn out and gets "stuck" instead of moving freely. there are a lot of great websites for more info and home treatments.

If you use the computer alot it could be the beginning of capel tunnel. I husband does alot of paper work and he got carpal tunnel in his left hand, the one he uses the most. He had to have surgery to releive the pain. Carpal is when the tendons in the wrist become irritated and inflamed and the casing around them can expand to make more room for the sweeling tendons.
