As far as ascap licensing goes I mean.

If you have a blanket license from ASCAP for your juke box, then yes. Blanket licenses cover any songs in the ASCAP catalog.

Remember though that there are two other performance rights organizations: BMI and SESAC. These two other PRO's collect royalties for other non-ascap writers.

Also, under current copyright law, if you have a jukebox in your establishment, you are never allowed to charge admission. This is because people pay to play songs on the jukebox. Charging people at the door would charge them twice. (just something to think about)
