Of course they are not married. Furthermore they must have committed INCEST. Otherwise HOW could they multiply?

I wonder why the Almighty God overlooked this.
If Almighty God is really smart, then he should have created a minimum of 2 couples.

They didn't have or need a last name. They were the one people here for years before having a family. People didn't have last names until around the 2nd century. There weren't millions of people like today. And they were referred to as the land they came from (Simon the Canaanite, Sargon of Assyria, King Toi of Hamath; their occupation (John the Baptist, Joseph the Shepherd) or "son/daughter of ____" (Issac, son of Abraham). Then people started dropping the 'of', 'son of' and placed the city or family name as a last name. As people traveled, some changed the spelling/pronunciation of the family name, either so foreigners didn't know where they came from or to 'fit it' more with their new surroundings.

My mother's family is from Holland. Last name was VanHeitink. My great-great grandfather came to America and while of the ship, changed it to Van Huitink. My great grandfather changed it to Huiting. I just found this out 2 years ago. That it was a great family story to hand down.

So, the first generations didn't have last names (didn't need them) then people added where they lived, city they were born in, who they were the son or daughter of, their occupation, etc. And as more generations came to be, names changed and new ones were made up or old, lost family names were found and added back. Interesting history.

Adam and Eve were considered married. I think the ancient Hebrew word for wife meant "partner". Eve was Adam's partner; Latin translation is 'wife'. I'm not 100% sure on the original words and meaning but it's something along this basis. Their son, Cain, has a partner (wife) and Noah's 6 sons had partners (wives). I'd have to look it up.

Marriage was formed when society grew bigger in population. A sense of belonging and ownership of a property was agreed by people who works hard to obtain such piece has also made marriage a tradition to make a union offical by witnesses. Family name must have started as Abel Adamson (meaning Abel, son of Adam) so Adam have no family name yet since God Has not given His name to Adam.

They were married, and their last name was Schicklegruber. Adam and Eve Schicklegruber. Once they got their fig leafs on, they were able to open a deli in the garden and make a go of it because most of thier customers thought it was unsanitary to handle food naked. Especially the big cats dontcha' know.

Now what is your last Name?
Our birth in Jesus blood, makes us far more valuable into the kingdom of God, the Adam and Eve, we have the power of the Holy Spirit in us, they did not. They were covered in the Glory of the Lord, Names Adam an Eve were who they were, who cares that they have no last name, first creation

Techincally no because there was no such thing as wedding back then. This is something similar to animals who stay with only mate, they are faithful to each other. Marriage is another man made concept and they would have to know everything, and plus marriage is originally a pagan thing.

There was nobody around to marry them. Which means trey had premarital sex.

Oh wait, I'll withdraw this answer. This would mean that we all come from sinners. Ehm,ehm..

Ah! The snake married them! You just missed a minor translation-thingy in your question. It was Adam and Yves, not Adam and Eve. But anyway, this means God approves of gay marriage.

Did I again manage to completely not answer the question? :)
