Before doing anything else and/or downloading and installing any thing, follow the steps below and if the problem is not corrected then download Microsoft explorer 7.

THOROUGH CLEANUP (Windows XP)
While you are on your PC connect to the Internet and do the following:
1. Click on tools ... Internet options. There you will see three buttons next to each other... "Delete Cookies" ... "Delete Files" and "Settings." Also, below the settings button you will see another one "Clear history."

2. Click on "settings" - go to "Edit" - Click on "select all" - Go to files and click delete and wait till all garbage is gone.

3. Go back and click on "delete cookies" and wait till gone

4. Go back and click on "Delete files" put a check mark on the little square shown on the small window that will open and click OK and wait for a little.

5. Go back and click on "Clear history", click “yes” and you are done.

6. Now do a check disk and a defrag, then restart your computer and see if the problem is gone.

7. If the problem is still there, get on the Internet and look in the Yahoo search for Tune-Up Utilities 2006 site, go to that site and download their free trial program, familiarize your self with it and use it to clean up your registry automatically. It is an excellent little program and does wonders with PC maintenance tasks.

Good luck

If you have windows XP, you can do a system restore. And if its IE 7 you have, remove that piece of crap. Lol, sorry to say it is. Add/Remove programs, check the box that says updates and remove IE 7.

What is the error that is being brought up? That would help.

I even have been making use of Auslogics products for some years with suitable self assurance that no longer purely does it do what it particularly is think to do, completely, yet in addition very wisely. i take advantage of the paid subscription of BoostSpeed on 3 laptops in my abode and this technique has in no way did no longer save the laptops in tiptop shape. I even have examined different comparable products interior the industry that declare to do the comparable or greater desirable than BoostSpeed, yet after testing, I consistently return to BoostSpeed. base line is that the two Auslogics paid for and unfastened classes are the terrific you will get.

okay i had that problem. i would suggest calling the company from which your computer is made from. i called mine which was HP , i had to pay $50.00 and they took me through all these steps., but it really helped. sometimes viruses mess up the computers so they shut down, but they have their own ways of fixing it or taking back the computer to the restarting point and it'll be brand new like the day you first purchased it.

It's called firefox. Don't use IE. You can also try installing IE 7 which is brand new and might not have the same problems.
