Said something that you meant to be innocent, but it came out wrong??????For example,my friends and I were at an amusement park, and we had all won basketballs that day.Well,we were loading onto a ride where you had to hold onto your stuff during the ride and without thinking,I yelled "Hold onto your balls yall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"I then realzied what I said and all my friends and everyone in the lines either had this astonished look on their face,or they were busting up laughing.I was mortified!!!

Yes I have the same used the same kind of expression. I was playing a counting game with my son and the game consisted of dropping little baseballs into a bunch of baskets as I call out different numbered baskets! So in the middle of the game the phone rings and just as I was pressing the button to answer my son was throwing them at his little sister(expecting her to catch them) and hit her in the face, so I yelled out, "don't throw your balls in her face." and then I put the phone to my ear and hear a male just cracking up on the other end. It was my fiance's cousin and once he composed his self, he said well whatever you and Erik(my fiance) do on your own time is your business but maybe you shouldn't answer the phone during those times. I was so embarrassed, so I just laughed to cover up the embarrassment that was so obvious in my voice!! Very Funny though Thanks I totally needed that laugh!!!

Yes. When I was a waitress, I had a couple that came in regularly. I asked them if they wanted dessert, and they told me no because "they eat too much whenever they come in" well, my response was "I know"! They looked so offended and didn't request me anymore. I MEANT to say, I know what you mean, I do it too.

I was laid off of an aerospace job and saw a former employee who was still there. I accidentally asked him, "How's it hanging?" I meant how are you hanging in there. Man was I embarrassed!
