When reading this Yahoo!Forum God seems to be very occupied with our sexlives.

All day long, every day God is busy keeping track of who sleeps with whom, and who was allowed to sleep with whom. I'm sure He must get tired of it.

Can't we just help Him a little, by having one sex-less day each year? I'm sure it would make Him very happy and relaxed.

You can not tell me you really think your going to make a difference when you have a active sex life, and that God cares?
God gave a book to read, he gave us messages to obey, and dude, you have no clue,
none about what God wants, he is not flesh, nor blood, he could care less about sex, he has no sex parts.
Get over yourself

Ever play Sims? Sims 2? There are lots of Simulation dating games as well... ever seen a soap opera. Picture God. Up there for eternity with only human's to watch. If you were him, what would you watch? All the people being nice and good and praying or all the people smutting it up, sinning and breaking rules and thinking that no one's watching?

I don't think a day of no sex will help. Not to mention everyone in the world and everything would have to be stopped from having any kind of sexual relation and that would just be hard.

Rarely will you find a person that has sex everyday. Even during my best years, I have down days. Most people do not have sex on special days, like Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving; and many people have a special day when they go without for whatever reason (kid's birthday, anniversary of a death, forgotten anniversary, etc.).

Now, organizing a day without sex universally would be a stretch. Basically, you would be imposing morality on people that do not want morality imposed on them, and you will be asking for control (no matter how slight) of what goes on in their bedrooms, at their most private and intimate moment. You are also assuming that sex offends God, which I'm personally of the impression that it does not; it's a part of human nature, and there's no reason in my head that makes me think that sharing love with another person is wrong. While--on our own--we will go sex-free for our own reasons, you are asking for trouble asking people to do so; they would resent the idea.

But, that's just my opinion.

Well all I've got to say about this is that you must be a woman! I have been married for the last 35 years and my wife seems to think that sex is a thing for the younger generation . No sex in the past 5 years . So in answer to your question NO!!!

I suppose one day a week would be just TOO much to ask for. He sure must be busy though. Probably just like Santa Claus, writing down his "good list" and "bad list", depending on who's sleeping with whom. You would think just one day a year would be do-able. Maybe even once a month?

God has lots of more important things to do than that. thats what the devil does so he can load u with guilt.

what God does is save pple 4rm sin. the only condenmation pple wud get is that they didnot accept Jesus as Lord n saviour, but instead lived AND loved sin.
accepting Jesus is just step 1, its standing at the door and seing hw fine the room is. living holy, anger free, lovingly, in power over sin and sickness is walking inthe Kingdom of God here on earth.

God created sex because He knew we needed to procreate and because it feels great when shared by 2 people who love each other.. Abstain or fast from it if you must, but make sure you discuss it with your husband first, otherwise he may wonder whats up and why you're avoiding him.

HAHA I'd rather not have to give up a fun aspect of my life for some sky daddy. Wait? Should we discuss this on a public forum? LOL
