when starting a relationship do more of us fall in love with how the person looks or do we fall for how they treat us?

Hi! We fall in lust with the way a person looks cuz it takes a long, long time to really fall in the true sense of the love word. I thought I was in love with my husband when we were dating for both the way he looked and the way he treated me, but now, through 4 kids, illnesses, good times and bad times, boring times and unattracted feeling times---now I feel totally in love with him after 23 yrs. Then I found out how he really treats me. I love him more than ever! See Ya!

Well most people start by being attracted to the way a person looks. So I would say the outer and then later the inner feelings start working.

Usually if u know the person well you would like that person's inner beauty but if you don't know that person well enough you might like that person's outer beauty and later true love will come so good luck

for me, both. I think also, if you love someones personality, then you love the way they look as well, because of how they act and the things they say. If you love someone just on looks, it can be a very boring relationship. I think there has to be a physical and mental attraction. They go hand in hand.

alot of people falls in love someone is false on the inside because the outside is terrific. but you should go for what is on the inside first. sometimes you can get both. but if you fall for someone that is not all that great looking . but you like the inside and in time the outside you would on see the good and it will turn it too you liking the outside also. Alot of beautiful people can be very mean cause they no they are beautiful and that whats makes them ugly.

In different realtionships it is a different answer. I met this guy who was tottally hot and I fell for him. But I met this other guy who was not that attractive and he turned out to be so sweet that I fell for him too. So it just depends.
