It's not good to go on a diet while breastfeeding. Geez - a woman's entire chest expands in capacity not just the breast tissue - and the body needs additional fat to support little baby if that is their only nourishment. Most of the time, breast feeding will make the uterus go back to it's normal shape and size faster but it does take time and most women will never regain their former shape perfectly. The hips expand when baby is born and they don't go back to pre-baby condition perfectly. Dieting while breastfeeding is a no no. Mom needs extra calories. If it's that big of a deal to you - then wean baby to formula - then you can diet all you want and work out. I wouldn't recommend that since formula is not the food of choice for a little baby.

it took nine months to have the baby so give her some time to get back into shape, diet and exercise is the only way that works. Because she is probably tired now because a. she is breastfeeding and b. she is having hardly any sleep. She won't feel like exercising much

Please keep away from all drugs. Breast feeding in itself aids in slimming. Otherwise eat sensibly and slowly nourishing food. Avoid all junk food. Take light exercises and brisk walk. None of them will be an impediment in feeding ur baby.

what?? is she breastfeeding the baby?? if she is then she will lose the baby fat alot quicker than not breatsfeeding...she just needs to exercise and get her body back to normal...no suppliment is going to make you smart...in order to do that you have to apply yourself and study about whatever...get involved and know what's going on in the world...before she takes anything she should ask her doctor to make sure it won't affect the baby....i hope this answers your question...if not...i'm sorry...but i have no idea what you're asking...
