It is a great understanding among the religions.
There is a lot of sacrifice too.
Christians eat both cows and pigs.
So there are no sufficient cows and pigs for both Muslims and Hindus.
After Tuntrama Round Table Conference representatives of both Muslims and Hindus reached an agreement that Muslims won't eat pigs and Hindus, cows.
A back door gossip is ripe that George Bush and the Pope were behind all these developments.

Hindus treat and consider cow as "mother", since it feeds the humanity like mothers feed their children. Cow is sacred in the Hindu religion.
Pig is not eaten by the Mulims due to religious beliefs as well as they consider the pig to be a bad omen/dirty animal.

Cows are considered sacred like a mother because they give you so much nice milk to make so many nice preparations from. If one cuts her throat after she can give no more milk that is the greatest sin. is also a sin in Christianity but they sinfully overlook it. Isaiah 66:3 "He that killeth an ox lis as if he slew a man." (ox is a male cow) Isaiah1:11,15 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? Saith the Lord: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts: and I delight not in the blood of bull or cows or of lambs or of goats. When ye spread forth your hands, I Will hide Mine eyes from you when ye make many prayers, I will not hear, for your hands ar full of Blood." In the Vedic culture it is considered cheating to say you can drain the blood out of an animal and then eat it . It is impossible to dreain it all. And still you killed it so "Though shalt not Kill." Its in all scriptures you just have to be sincere to find it to to http://www.essene.org the lost teachings on Christ who was a vegetarian and Made all his disciples take a vow of vegetarianism. Proclaimed it a sin to eat meat.

The former do not eat pig, because the animal is unholy, and the latter do not eat cow, because it is holy.
