high-protein low carbs, like peanut butter, eggs, or salads, and try to stay away from things that are too sugary or greasy because they will satisfy only for a short time before you start to feel hungry again. But really all you have to do is watch your calories so really it doesnt matter too much what you eat, its more how much you eat, to figure out how many you should eat in a day, take your weight, and add a zero, so if you weight 150, you should normally consume 1500 calories daily, also if you spread out your meals though out the day, eg: eat 4-5 smaller snack/meals you wont feel as hungry throughout the day, you dont have to eat nothing but health food, oh and drink plenty of water/juice/milk throughout the day, you should drink about 8 oz. of water per hour, it helps with hunger and you'll never be dehydrated

How about some fat free plain yogurt... add some fruit, eg prunes strawberries or whatever you like... and add some splenda :)

Here's a strawberry smoothie... skim milk, splenda, and real strawberries... loads of ice, and blend well!

A great idea is for you to get a diabetic cookbook. There they usually have a lot of desserts, and they are usually quite good. But that's for if you're up to cooking and experimenting... But seriously consider the diabetic cookbook. don't just be turned off because it's targeted to diabetics.

Apples. These have always been a "magic" food for me. Apples are high in fiber (which helps you feel full), they have natural sugars (which help when you're craving something sweet), and are very low in calories. Not to mention fat free. ;-) They also have that wonderful, satisfying crunchy texture, and can be fixed many different ways when you want variety [eg: baked, sliced with peanut butter or low-fat yogurt..etc].

Try low carb, low fats, top fibre, top protein, and endeavor. The meals are low caloried, and but filling and healthful. Brisk going for walks is first-rate for burning frame fat. It is my subculture now. I am on low carb, low fats, top fibre, top protein and a hour brisk stroll five instances per week, and I have misplaced 31lbs/14kg and received greater wellness. I am now retaining my 108lbs/49kg for greater than a 12 months, with extra end result and complicated carbs. Details equivalent to my enjoy, foods, snacks, recipes, meals to shop for, studying labels, going for walks as an endeavor and to form the frame and so forth and so forth, are in my weblog

mainly fruits and vegetables, you could also eat yogurt, gelatines or you could eat just small portions of your favorite food so you won't feel deprived.
