the guy I'm thinking of is a comp nerd(not a dis I love him, he jus says that's how is he)I was his first g/f,he was 21,I was 23. we recently started seeing each other at my work again.I know he really cares 4 me. He told me he really liked me I think he just got scared off one night.I wasn't myself.long story but I got emotional cuz I thought I screwed up going a little too fast(just heavy making out and touching with clothes on).I didn't respond 2 him trying 2 cheer me up the car ride home,I went 2 kiss him on the lips but then he "really" kissed me.I pulled back cried, told him I didn't wanna confuse him. I saw him recently and he told me he could see how attached 2 me. I think that's what he was talking about when he said it clicked that he didn't like me when we kissed then.could we have a 2nd chance now that we're kool and talking/seeing each other(at my work)?

Yes, you should talk to him. I was dating a guy for 4 years and he dumped me twice and I gave him a second chance, now we are married. If a person is a good person, and you know that they will treat you good then I don't see why there wouldn't be a second chance. Just take it easy.
Ps. Luckystar is right, playing with emotions is wrong.

Don't see why not. Maybe it just wasn't the right time for you two then. I'm married to a man that I've known for years and we didn't give each other a second thought back then. We've been married 5 yrs. now, and neither one of us ever dreamed we'd be together. It's funny how things work out sometimes. If we had gotten together back then we might not be enjoying our life together now.

I hope God gives you more than one chance. On second thought, I hope GOD gives you more than two chances.

Am I being reasonable? I mean, what chance do you have, if GOD only allows you two chances for your entire life time!

But then, you are ready to measure sincerity, love, relationships be a rule of two (2). People that are PERFECT, defiantly have the right to expect others to be as PERFECT as they are!

Still, I'm going to pray:"Lord, please be mercifully when the person that asked this question comes before you! Please look into their heart and judge them not by the number of times that they fell on their way to you!

There is a possibilty, what you really need to do is talk to him about it. See what he thinks, i think that there is a possibility. But its not me were dealing with its you and him. You need to talk to him about it and sit down and have a good conversation with him about it. Go from there.

I WOULD SEE HOW THIS ONE GO, IF YOU REALLY DONT
FEEL AS HE DOES, THEN MAYBE YOU NEED TO JUST
TELL HIM THAT YOU REALLY DONT WANT A RELATIONSHIP
THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO IS PLAY WITH SOMEONE
EMOTIONS. THAT NOT GOOD ALL ALL.
