4 round wheat crackers (like wheat water crackers)
4 2-inch pieces of deli-style ham
6 2-inch pieces of thin chederella cheese
1 bottle of water with a spritz of fresh lemon
2 medium slices of watermelon
any changes I should make

It is obviously a wonderful alternative to the 500 calorie hot pockets that they serve :( uggh nasty

Yes, the filling up part is my concern. It seems like enough. My plan is to fill up on veggies (BUT WHAT KIND OTHER THAN CELERY?) and then eat the meat, cheese, and crackers. finish it off with the watermelon. have the water accompany the meal. this way, the last taste will be a good one

The ham and cheese adds up to about one slab each of deli meat--the small ones (a circle about as large as a 9 year olds hand, etc.)
