It is obviously a wonderful alternative to the 500 calorie hot pockets that they serve :( uggh nasty

makes me gag to think about it.

Yes, the filling up part is my concern. It seems like enough. My plan is to fill up on veggies (BUT WHAT KIND OTHER THAN CELERY?) and then eat the meat, cheese, and crackers. finish it off with the watermelon. have the water accompany the meal. this way, the last taste will be a good one

The ham and cheese adds up to about one slab each of deli meat--the small ones (a circle about as large as a 9 year olds hand, etc.)

I would add some more raw salad items and maybe eliminate the cheese and ham tofu and lettuce w/a cranberry vinagrette or something similar cucumber tomato raw cut zuchinni or squash spinach nuts and fruit toppings sliced onions and radishes yum!

sounds good, I eat whatever I want though and lose weight every day.I don't deprive myself of anything and that has kept me going. If you just keep drinking that water that would be awsome, water is fuel for the body.
I eat more times a day but in smaller amounts, thats all I do differently and exersize every day.and I lose about a half a lb to 1 lb a day.Noni sux by the way,Mona Vie rocks!!especially for energy!I would try adding lemons only because it has citric acid in it that burns away at the fat good luck!

Hmmm, sounds awfully healthy to me but kinda in excess. Do you typically eat 4 two inch pieces of deli-style ham and 6 two inch pieces of cheese........That all adds up to 16 inches of ham and cheese.......awfully thick amount, almost like a monster sandwich.

It would be exceeeelent if u increase veg contents, and some celluler food suppliments, like Noni.

Wow, that's pretty detailed...

Sounds good. It won't fill me up, but if it fills you up, great. Just make sure you don't starve yourself, that's all.
