Balding or thinning hair in many people.
Male sexual organs are not as easily responsive as before.
Womens breasts begin to sag.
They get loose skin on their neck, sometimes referred to as a
chicken neck.

I am dating someone quite a bit older than me. I do not think age should really matter, within reason. Obviously, no under 18, and any story of 20 year old dating 80-90 year old just screams after money. But who is anyone to judge? Be your own judge. If you are happy in the relationship, that is all that should matter, not what other people think.

Hey, just check out an old dog. Stiff, scruffy, and bad smelling.

MysteryLady has it right, all those things are happening to me, except the breasts and getting wise.
