if its round and movable under the skin, its most likely a lipoma, which is harmless and common. it might hurt because you've been touching it and rubbing it a lot, or it may be something worse. definitely get it checked out, if anything, to ease your mind. Best of luck!

There are a number of things that it could be - I know I'm going to sound just like a doctor in saying this but it could be totally life threatening or - nothing more than having gotten a bruise in a certain way that you never got before that will heal up in a few weeks. It's good you're getting it checked out because it could be something like a blood clot or infection that could spread elsewhere in your body and become a serious condition or cause a stroke. If you eat healthy and exercise and do not do drugs and drink avoid steroids and have no other medical conditions and are not sexually active - it's likely nothing to worry much about.

First, it's not your decision to make on where she can get a tattoo on her body, so I agree with her. Second, you get a tattoo that can't be seen by EVERYONE because it's personal and has deep personal meaning. She got it in a spot where the 2 of you can see it, and that's who matters. If she wants to show it off, she can pull that push down the waistband of her pants to show people, but the whole world doesn't need to know. Having it visible by the 2 of you makes it special in so many ways.

I'm pretty sure that it's just a lymph node. We have them in our neck and in their as well. I have them on both sides. They will become swollen sometimes, sensitive to touch. I think you should be fine. Check with your doctor if they REALLY hurt. Lymph nodes (like the ones in your neck) will usually hurt when u r sick (have a cold, etc)

My husband has lumps on each of his arms and legs and one on his back next to his spine. We have been to two doctors and both say they are fatty tumors and unless they are bothersome to just leave them alone. They are not cancerous and will not hurt him to leave them there. However his do not hurt at all. Definitely have your doctor check them out but try not to stress too much.

it's a lymph node and it means you have an infection...it could be something small...or it could be an STD or cancer in the lymphnode...for sure go to your appointment and find out for sure...but it is an infection of some sort...is anywhere else swollen??
