Well, many are going to tell you to not waste your time. However, I am going to tell you that you would be a walking miricle to be the only one that dosen't have a hard time trusting God. It is in our flawed nature, you know? But don't worry...spend time in prayer and ask him for his help. Come to him with all of the fears in your heart, and you will be given what you need. Good Luck to you and God Bless you!

All I can say is when you cannot trust man God will always be faithful to you. We are a lost people and God is seeking us out. In order to start to trust God I would suggest that you read your Bible and pray for wisdom. As you seek God with all of your heart you will be filled with the strength of God.

Ask him to teach you how to trust him. You're allowed--and even encouraged--to take all of your concerns to God, even those you have about him, his power, his strength, his mercy, and his reliability.

It also helps to practice gratitude. Look at your life and what is in it--gifts you have been given that are not your right but a great privilege. For example, the gift of life. The gift of loved ones. The gift of enough good, a warm place to sleep, friends, things that touch your heart and move your soul. None of us has any birthright to this stuff. All of it--from the air you breathe to the voice you cry out to God with--is a gift. You did nothing to make it happen.

If you look at what God has provided, it helps to open your eyes to what he can provide, what he does have the power to do, the immensity of his strength.

God will not let you down if you seek him in earnestness and with a humble heart. If you are having trouble being humble, ask God to increase your humility. See if he doesn't do it.

Best to you in your search.

Its like training for new sport, if you have never played the game, you will never get it. someone can tell you how to play, but till you make your first goal, or basket, then your hooked. Same as God.
its practice, and training your thinking, and actions. It is daily, not just Sunday. Then like the air you breath, its there, you cant see it, but you breath in, and out every moment of life, and you know that once you used that air up, there is more, and never ends.
God is the same way when you know his principles of life,
Trust is something earned, But faith is something far greater,
If I said jump I will catch you, and you jump and I walk away, God will not move that way. He will catch you, Its faith.
If you cant find straight to find Gods power, you will never receive anything from him. He doesn't move in double mindedness.
You have to be exact. God will do the rest.
Trust, you have to earn his trust, not gain trust in him.
If he knows your not kidding around, ya, you can have the world.

GOD/JESUS is already with you guiding you, you might feel like this now, but as he stated in the BIBLE, he will never leave you he is with you from the beginning to the end, he is everywhere you are. Perhaps you should stop trying so hard and let him come into your life and mold it the best way that he sees fit, you might not see it now, but you will if you try and keep the faith, only the strong survive, don't give up now, some of Jesus followers in the Bible til 2day are and were persecuted and they still stand strong in their beliefs in CHRIST no matter what they endure(d), because they believe and know that he is worth it, and the only way.

Hope this helps!!!!!

I prayed about that very thing a lot when I first came back to Christ. It can be difficult to trust particularly if you have been let down by people that you thought you could trust. But He is the only one you can completely trust.

Pray and tell him all your concerns. Talk to him about everything that concerns you. Ask for guidance. If you are sincerely seeking, you will get guidance in this.

that's difficult. how do you know you can fly if you never jump off of anything? I don't think this is a question anyone can answer for you. What I do know is that if you're having a hard time trusting the God you have, maybe you should get another one... one that you can trust.

If you say that you love God with your whole heart, then there's no problem trusting in him. The bible says "faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen"...meaning that we have to trust and believe in him by faith. Also, the fear of God should be enough to trust in him. If he can give life anytime he wants and then take it away, why would you not trust him. Your life is in his hands!!

There my friend is your challange.
I struggled with it to, Finally I gave up and believed. You know what. It works. There have been times I have tithed more then my budget could bare. yet I believed in Him. his promise that if I am faithful he will be to. Guess what? Unexpected checks have arrived or that gallon of milk lasted longer then it should have.
I think we all have our areas we need to work on in our relationship with God. Yours would be Faith that he has your best interest at heart and you can trust him
God Bless

I'm not sure what you mean exactly.God will you help you if you know you follow him. Most people don't know God unless they have problems or hard times. You should beleive and have faith that you are completely weak and God is the strongest .Therefore, you must ask his help every time not jus hard ones.
