If you are familiar with bittorrent, there are sites that let you search for torrents to download (I use torrentspy.com). Then you can download via a bittorrent program (I prefer utorrent).

I discourage you from doing this however. You can buy copies of WinXP Pro for less than $150, which isn't that much money, and believe me that's much cheaper than what you'll get if you're caught.

Sir, if you do not have your own valid copy of the Operating System with a valid registration number, you are only going to have issues after issues after issues.

Microsoft will not support your system if it is not registered!

By from a valid on line dealer. If you buy with a down load be sure to get the valid register number. Ordering the CD is a better bet.

It is illegal to download or use windows progs unless you have bought them - any software is copyright materiel and counterfeiting can land you in serious trouble. I am not in any way shape or form a representative of any organisation I am just telling you this to save you from future heartache. If you do install counterfeit software you will not be able to get security upgrades and etc. so best of luck.

Just go out and buy a new disk, or borrow the restore disk from somebody and re-install it using the product key on the COA sticker (located in the bottom of your laptop). It costs more when you get caught downloading it.

go to a shop and buy it instead. the one thing you should have genuine is the os. if you have a product key and just need the disk then find a mate who's got it.
