Ok, So I'm a guy...I'm deffinately not caring of how I look, nor do I try to impress anyone. But the one thing that bothers me about looks is dark circles...what is something a normal guy like myself do to make them go away? I don't wanna have to do girly stuff but just something that would help me to not look like a damn zombie.

They make vitamin k cream, and yes you have to gently rub it under your eyes. It helps with the dark circles. Go to the cosmetics, and they sell guys cologne there so you will not have to feel self conscious. Ask the clerk about some cream with vitamin k that will help the dark circles. Do this at night when you go to bed, and again when you wash your face in the morning. Preperation H does not help with dark circles, only the puffy under the eyes.

Drinking water and diet has nothing to do with having dark circles. The capillaries are very close to the top of the skin and this gives the undereye a dark appearance.

Try Hylexin. Dark circles are caused by a capillarie leaking blood underneath the skin, giving it that bruised look, and Hylexin targets the leak and helps to "plug it up" and reduce the circles. It's 95 bucks per tube, but it's probably the only thing you will find that will actually work!

You might want to try taking IRON. You can get a IRON supplement from Walmart just make sure you dont overdose when taking it. If you have big eyes like I do, your eyes may have bags under them b/c people with big eyes have shadows that look like bags. However when Im not feeling well, under my eyes are stressed and dark. Just a suggestion, also make sure your are getting allot of sleep and not drinking alchol heavily that can really wreak havoc on your body/eyes.

I swear by two things: damp, cool tea bags on my eyes for about 20 minutes and a wonderful gel made by Yves Rocher called "Bio-Calmille Anti-puffiness eye contour cream" which you can buy on-line. I have to warn you it's expensive when it's not on sale, so you might want to try the tea bags first. Oh and make sure you get plenty of sleep!

Get more sleep. Drink more fluids. Rest for 10 minutes with damp teabags over your eyes, or else cucumber slices. Very soothing, and minimizes the circles.

Just put cold gel packs on your eyes most days for ten minutes, you can do it with tea bags too by wetting them and putting them in a freezer for five minutes. And don't rub your eyes or touch your eyes at all. Sleep well and drink lots of water.
