Inbreeding should never be practiced unless you want puppies that have genetic defects, missing or weakened body parts, and lifelong diseases.
Not a pretty picture.

As everyone else has already stated, do not encourage inbreeding in animals. I know a woman whose cat became pregnant by one of her sons....one of the kittens had no visible sex organs, it was completely blind, and its back legs were fused together. She had to have it euthanized. She ended up lucky that the other kittens were seemingly fine. But dogs can be worse; even if there aren't any visible physical problems, mental problems can arise making the animals dangerous.
Aside from inbreeding, please don't breed at all. Leave it to the professionals.

if you breed brother and sister, chances are highly likely that the puppies will have birth defects. it's inbreeding - the same problem that happens with humans happens with dogs and all other animals too. brother and sister are too genetically similar that it causes birth defects in the puppies - resulting in immediate death right after birth or lifelong abnormalities that would decrease the quality of life of the puppies.

Inbreeding and tight line breeding are not the best thing to do unless you are very experienced and know exactly what is in your lines since you expound the chances of the puppies having a genetic disease.

You should NEVER breed any dogs that are related genetically. This is exactly why purebreds have so many genetic disorders and medical problems.
