Of course! Another strand of hair will replace it.
Normally, the hair is shed from the root and regrows. The only way the hair won't grow back if you use electrolysis or something else that kills th ehair follicle.

Tips
-if you can, wash hair every other day or every two days-it just depends how oily your hair gets.
-leave conditioner on for 10 minutes at least and don't put it on roots.
-drink lots of water and eat a lot of protein such as meat and peanut butter cause your hair is made from protein.
-always use a leave in conditioner for split ends.
-trim hair once a month since split ends stops hair growth.
-use heat protection every time.

Try this ...Take a tweaser and pull out the hair from your leg or any significant spot you can recognize later on ... and do it so fast that the thick ball like root comes out and mark a circle around that place
and after a week see if a Hair grows there....that's the best way to prove all the above answer thus me getting the 10 points :)
