Yes, with enough support, people can convince society that it is right
But that does not make it right.
Such, however, makes the society a democracy also

Something is wrong if one goes inside themselves and examines whether or not the thing that's in question causes suffering. Many thought that slavery was right and that eliminating it would unjustly cause slave owners to suffer. But if someone were to stay with this thought and investigate it and look at the humanity of the slaves, the realization of the wrongness of slavery would emerge, regardless of popular belief. It's the same way with gay rights -- most just give a popular, knee-jerk answer without thinking about it and investigating it fully. If they did investigate, they'd realize that no matter what the popular perspective is, denying gays equal rights is unjust and wrong. So ... the answer is that wrong and right can't be decided by popularity and culture and neither by rigid dogma. It's up to people who want to engage in the hard work iof spiritual maturity to take responsibility and investigate and question and learn and understand all sides.

No it can't , as long as everyone have a mind of their own, there will still be something wrong with others who does not share the same idea.A wrong will becomes a right when there is an ultimate truth, something that gives effect ,for example ..Death. You're not thinking R&S at Y/A in Today's world.
At what point does it become wrong to become right, when you cross the time and open youself up to DELETION or SUSPENSION because you get too close to the truth and hurt someone's feelings and they push a button and make you vanish!
That can happen to anyone. Athiest, Christian, Muslim, Jew...

I cannot be convinced that homosexuality is right. I cannot be convinced that homosexual marriage could, therefore be right.
Divorce, heterosexual fornication, adultery are also wrong. But nowhere, in Scripture, was an entire city destroyed by God for these sins. They carry their own reproach in the house of God.
Homosexuality carries reproach in the house of man.
