eat alot of sugar and carbs. dont excercise and eat junk frequently....that should do the trick ;-)

You Know simply Eating a lot in order to gain weight is very unhealthy. But if you start working out on your abs thighs chest and triceps and biceps you tend to get a lot hungry and then you can eat a lot and gain weight while being absolutely healthy not just flabby.

i believe i healthy eating, so go ahead eat lot of carbohydrates and proteins but less fat. do exercise, work heavily, get hungry and eat voraciously. build ur health with good substantial food and not with junks, this will eventually make u unhealthy.
