How????????? There is this very nice looking, sweet female that works at the local restaurant by my house, she works at Chili's and she is a waitress, Im wondering how to get her name I never see her when I go in there, I only seen her once, and it was truly love at first sight, so I really need help from the ladies, how would you advise a guy to find her name out, then I need to figure the best way to approach her, because she is very busy at a popular restaurant, always on the go, I wish I could catch her and pull her to the side and just tell her how much Im into her!!!!!

Go up to her introduce yourself and she will say her name and ask her a question about her job in a nice way. That the ice breaker.

You mean a woman? I'd run a mile if a person who didn't even know my name was talking about love and how much he's into me. You'll have to just be cool and hope she waits on you some day.

Well, you could alway say "Hey, aren't you Sue's sister?" She'll say "no" and you can say, "Well, is your name Sarah?" She'll say, "No, my name is Amber" and you can say, "Well, you sure look like someone else!" Then if you're lucky, she'll smile and you'll get the feeling that she's noticing you. Hopefully in a good way.
Oh, and don't try to get too familiar on your first conversation. Just look into her eyes and smile. It is important to look into her eyes. Good luck!

look for a name tag. waiters and waitresses usually wear those with their work uniform.
