Its possible you aren't getting enough sleep.
Its possible you aren't eating right. Maybe you're not getting enough protein or even fat, both of which can make you feel a little more energetic.
If there's any chance you have a little depression you would not always have the energy to work out.
If you live under unrelenting stress its possible your adrenal gland has "run out of juice" and cannot produce sufficient cortisol for you to be able to exercise without feeling depleted. ("Adrenal fatigue" causes people to feel depleted rather than invigorated by exercise.)

Sounds like you are doing the right thing. When you workout you should feel a little tired after a set. After all, you just worked out a body part which caused stress upon that specific muscle(s). Keep going and you will eventually be able to workout longer and more muscles.

Well it's kinda weird....
What happens to me that I am a lazy guy so when I look to the treadmill I don't really cheer up....
You should see a doctor it could be related from different things, as you say it's not food...
Do you smoke? If you do, so, that's the reason smokers normally have much less strength to carry on a hard work out session.....
Feeling weak could be related to any heart or lungs disabilities...if it's diagnostic so, doctor would tell what you should do or take to feel better and keeping your work out.

just take it slow at first. you have to build up your endurance. it might just be a mental thing. sometimes before i workout i start thinking about how tired i am so that i don't have to work out.
however, i don't totally understand what you mean by weak. do you lose your breath easily.

Well if you get tired that easily, try very light exercise at first, then when your body starts to get used to the exercise, gradually increase the intensity of your workout. Your body with get used to the exercise this way. Good luck!!

I think because you are just forcing yourself to workout.
Try to do it passionately.
Or think of a goal in life and work for it.
Or probably encourage a friend to do it with you.
Dont get frustrated!!! Its from the inside that makes you weak!!!

sounds like you just need to work through those feelings. you can always keep letting you talk yourself out of working out, but you only hurt yourself that way. stop being so soft and make yourself do it. and remember that you must start off slowly, with light weights, small movements, and short spans of time. you can always build up once you get in the habit and increase your strength and endurance.
