people say if you eat Raw food you can lose a lot of wieght is this true

Take a cue from the Japanese. Raw food is a large part of their diet and aside from the Sumo wrestlers (who eat a special diet specifically designed for them to gain weight), have you ever seen fat Japanese people?

Actually you lose some of the nutrients when you cook foods, so it's definitely better to eat them raw.... although I wouldn't recommend doing that with most meats.

Raw fruits and veggies are great for you. And you loose the weight by not ingesting the fat content of other foods. Healthy eating is a good thing.

yes, very. The weight loss would depend on what diet you are switching from. A friend of mine switched from a conventional diet of cooked food (including meat) to raw food and lost a about 75lbs and looks much healthier too.

raw food? raw vegetables are good of course but i dont recommend you eating raw beef
