That's an interesting way to think about it.

It reminds me of what Einstein said. I'm paraphrasing, but basically he said that all his life, G-d had been leading him down the garden path. Asked if G-d had made the garden, he said G-d *was* the garden and the creator of it, and all his life he'd been trying to catch him at work.

Well considering the Big Bang theory predicted the echo years before there was equipment that could detect it, that makes for some pretty strong evidence that it really is the echo.

Unlikely. Microwaves are a form of light. Unless God speaks in microwaves, then it is unlikely that the cosmic background radiation is actually his voice.
