Here's some good ones....I always stick to .org, .edu, .gov sites, they are considered the most reliable by most professors.

The current research says that chocolate in small doses is good for you for a few reasons. Among the most compelling is the issue of flavonoids that help with all sorts of issues form high blood pressure to insulin regulation.
There are now even chocolate companies that are maximizing the amounts of these good things in chocolate to add more flavonoid bang for your buck and give you a "good" reason to eat the stuff.
Check out this site...

Also, if you need proper scientific sources you should try google scholar.. I have found many great things, many in full text. (Also if you can't get full text from home chances are you will be able to if you try to access them from school).
Another great source for scholarly papers is Proquest... If your school has an arrangement with Proquest then you can use it without any limits and it is an AMAZING tool... just remember to use the advanced search options on whatever databases you have access to use because you can save HOURS of searching ...

chocolate contains cannabainoids which are chemicals similar to Marijuana. SO, if you eat about 25lbs of it, you will get high...LOL, but there are other benefits to chocolate. Chocolate also increases the levels of several chemicals in your brain. These chemicals include phenylethylamine, which produces a mild confidence-boosting effect, tryptophan, a chemical converted to serotonin which lifts the mood and increases euphoria; theobromine and caffeine, stimulants , and theobromine has also been shown to suppress a cough.
Chocolate contains a number of nutrients essential in an everyday diet, such as potassium, magnesium and vitamins B1, B2, D and E.
Chocolate might be good for the heart too. According to researchers at the University of California-Davis, chocolate contains phytochemicals called flavonoids which can help prevent arterial damage among other good things. Chocolate also contains arginine, which acts as a blood thinner and may improve blood flow to the heart, and….the genitals.
Chocolate is often processed with loads of unhealthy sugar and cream, so dark chocolate should be standard if you’re going for any of chocolate’s benefits.

The benefits of eating chocolate are likely to be outweighed by the disadvantages as chocolate is high in sugar and fat
